Second approach: In this case, the available information is not enough to solve the problem and there is a need to collect information. Therefore, in the first phase, we seek to collect information and then analyze it. In this case, the goal is to gather information according to the problem, and then analyze it properly and answer the questions.

The data gathering process is introduced in the market research phase and the data analysis process is introduced in the data processing phase, and finally, based on the analysis, the output is presented in the form of “answer to the question”, “solution”, “Strategy”, “Marketing Plan”, “Market Analytical Report”, etc.
