How We Do

According to the questions asked by companies, it is easy to understand that the issue in each company is a unique case. Our first step is to understand the problem. Most of our time is devoted to this subject. In the second step, we try to adopt a contingency approach based on data analysis methods and techniques that can answer the questions. There are two completely different approaches to this. The first approach: In this case, there is a lot of information in the company or organization and there is no need to collect information and data again. In fact, the goal is to create value based on available data. In this case, the information in the organization is the basis of analysis and is used as a source to answer questions or help make decisions

Second approach: In this case, the available information is not enough to solve the problem and there is a need to collect information. Therefore, in the first phase, we seek to collect information and then analyze it. In this case, the goal is to gather information according to the problem, and then analyze it properly and answer the questions. The data gathering process is introduced in the market research phase and the data analysis process is introduced in the data processing phase, and finally, based on the analysis, the output is presented in the form of “answer to the question”, “solution”, “Strategy”, “Marketing Plan”, “Market Analytical Report”, etc.

In both cases, the methods and software for data analysis are selected according to the problem. And also the problem-solving approach largely depends on the type of problem defined. In general, the problem-solving process in organizational issues is a dynamic and creative process and depends on the organizational conditions, the type of problem defined, the available information sources and also the organizational attitude.
